Brooklyn Criminal Court Arraignments are held in the Brooklyn Criminal Court building located at 120 Schermerhorn Street, Brooklyn. Livingston Street and Smith Street are located nearby.

Kings County (Brooklyn) Arraignments are held on the first floor of the Kings County Criminal Courthouse. Day and night courts are accessible from the main courthouse entrance on Schermerhorn Street. Go through the metal detectors and the arraignment courtrooms will be on the left side of the building as you walk in.
