Staten Island Arraignment Hours
Monday through Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. The day is divided into two shifts: day court and night court. Day court begins at 9:00 AM and lasts until 5 PM. Night courts begins at 5 PM and lasts until 1 AM.
