New York City Criminal Court Arraignments Information

RICHMOND COUNTY ARRAIGNMENTS (Staten Island)

Location

Richmond (Staten Island) Criminal Arraignments are held in the Richmond County Criminal Court Building located at 67 Targee Street between Frean and Purroy Streets.

Public Transportation

From the Ferry Terminal take the S74 bus to Broad Street and Gordon Street or the S78 bus to Broad Street and Thompkins Avenue. The Courthouse is located approximately four blocks from either bus stop.

By Car

Coming over the Verrazano Bridge from Brooklyn take exit 13 and take your first available right on to Targee Street. Follow Targee street to 67 Targee Street. The courthouse is on your right and is very easy to miss since it is small and located in a residential area. It is surrounded by a large black metal fence.
